Book Review Thursdays - Doomed by Jayde Scott

So i finally had enough time this week to finish Doomed.I have to admit i liked this book a lot more than A job from hell. I don't know if Cass was just more likeable or her and Dallas's relationship was so unconventional i loved it. It was a very interesting story that involved dallas going to disneyland/hell. A game show featuring Amber the necromancer, and a whole lot of eagerness for the next book. The way this one ended left me in need for the next book. It is definitely a book people should be checking out.
On a side note I haven't found anything interesting to read lately. So if you have any suggestion please tell me before next BooK Review Thursday!!!

Book Review Thursdays- A job from hell

So after a lot of procrastinating on my part i have finally gotten back to reading AND i have finally finished a Job from hell, which i had started in August and thanks to a lot of othr things me and my nook were unjustly separated until recently.
I have to say i enjoyed this book a lot more than i thought i would. The character were fun and interesting and there were plently of witty one liner that made me laugh. It carried on at a nice pace as well for being 700 odd pages in ebook form. I'm actually really looking forward to reading the 2nd one and hope i get to find out more about Aidan and Amber eventually in the series. Give you gusy an update when i finish reading Doomed.
One question is it requirement to be hilarious as a contemporary british writer? Because Jayde Scott was and Louise Rennison one of my favorite British writers sure is. What do you think? What did you think about the book?
